These terms explain the basic rules for using 9jatalk and 9jaforum.com. By accessing the service, creating an account, posting, messaging or using a feature, you agree to follow these terms and the community rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must provide accurate account details, protect your password and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person, exploit the service or use it to violate the law or another person's rights.

User responsibility and opinions. Every post, comment, image, upload, message, listing, vote and other action is exclusively the submitting member's own act and opinion. It is not a statement, endorsement or opinion of 9jatalk, 9jaforum, their owners or staff. You are responsible for ensuring your contributions are lawful, accurate where presented as fact, and appropriate to share. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the platform and its owners and staff disclaim liability for user-generated material and user conduct. Nothing in these terms removes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Do not harass, threaten, defraud, spam, publish unlawful material or infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights. Anonymous posting does not make activity untraceable or exempt it from these rules. We may review reports, remove content, limit features or suspend accounts when reasonably needed to protect members and enforce the rules. You may contact us to raise a moderation concern.

Wallet, marketplace, SafeDeal and predictions features are provided only as described on their pages and in the transaction flow. Review amounts, fees, deadlines and status before confirming. Paystack processes card payments and supported transfers; wallet entries are recorded in the service, and withdrawal requests require review before payout. Transactions moved outside the stated process may not receive platform support.
